Bartolomeu Dias , a Portuguese navigator from the 15th century, gives his name to the best snack and wine restaurant in Porto . A tribute to the great Portuguese explorers who traveled distant lands and seas. A chic and relaxed place to enjoy good wine, good food and good conversation.
Everything revolves around wine, which occupies a prominent place on a menu made up of Portuguese labels and which crosses the regions from North to South, with a predominance of small producers.
The idea is to be a bistro with French-based cuisine, made with fresh Portuguese products and, whenever possible, from local producers.

At Tenro by Digby, meat is the protagonist on the menu at our Digby restaurant, in Porto, as are the flavors, textures and craftsmanship with which all of our dishes are prepared.
In partnership with the El Capricho project , by José Gordón , known for producing and preparing what is considered, by many, the best meat in the world , aged for more than 30 days , from breeds born and raised in Portugal .
To conclude this remarkable taste test, Digby presents unlikely combinations for dessert , created by pastry chef Anabela Lemos . It’s impossible to resist options like “Orange and Coffee” or “Chocolate, mascarpone and red fruits” .

Opened at the beginning of 2020 , BLIND is a tribute to the work of José Saramago, “Ensaio Sobre a Cegueira” , and is an invitation to a journey that does not end on the palate.
BLIND's gastronomic proposal is deeply rooted in the memories of Chef Vítor Matos and in Portuguese ingredients with a strong international connection , a know-how that values technical excellence, seasonality and the origin of the products.
The bar, which occupies the center of BLIND, is the perfect host for signature cocktails or the cigar menu , which serves as an antechamber to the outdoor terrace, next to the pool.

Located in the Torel Palace Porto library, our pâtisserie is a tribute to the life and work of the Portuguese poet Florbela Espanca. Our menu invites you to enjoy a selection of sweets produced by chef Eva Monteiro using the most refined French pastry techniques, while browsing one of the many French and international books, magazines and newspapers in this elegant space. We also have light savory options such as toast, soups and salads available and drinks such as cappuccinos, hot chocolate, champagne and wines.
